I was a little hesitant to order at first, but ToyPro seemed legit once I looked around. The site was easy enough to use, and everything felt clear without any sketchy surprises.
My order details and emails all looked normal, the parts showed up just like expected, and the prices were fair too. it was a smooth experience, and I’d happily use them again next time I need some LEGO bits.

I had a good experience using my ToyPro account. Logging in was simple, and I could find my orders and account details without any trouble. I also updated some info and it went through fine. I don’t remember every little step, which probably means nothing stood out as confusing or annoying. It just worked the way I needed it to, so I’m happy to give it 5 stars.

"Parts arrived looking rough"
I ordered a few pieces from ToyPro, and I was disappointed when they arrived. Several of the parts were scratched and dirty, and one of them kind of looked like it might’ve been used before, though I can’t say for sure. The packaging didn’t help either, since everything was just loose in a small bag. Maybe it was old stock or something that got tossed around too much, but either way it wasn’t what I expected after paying for parts in decent condition. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.
"Good prices, decent shipping"
I’ll give them credit, the pieces were cheaper here than on other sites, which was a nice surprise. Shipping wasn’t too bad either, even if I was half-expecting it to be a hassle. Overall, I’m happy with what I got.

"Return was fine, just a little slower than I hoped"
I had to return a toy and the whole thing worked out in the end, it just felt a bit slow while I was waiting. I sent in the return request, then kind of kept checking for an update because support didn’t reply right away, which was a little annoying but not terrible. They did get back to me after a bit, and once things started moving it was straightforward. I got my refund eventually, so yeah, not a bad experience, just not super quick either

I ordered from ToyPro and ended up getting hit with customs/import fees that I really wasn’t expecting. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere in the fine print, but it definitely wasn’t obvious to me at checkout, and then the delivery sat around longer than I thought it would.
When I reached out about it, I felt kind of ignored, like it was just my problem to figure out and pay for. After already paying for shipping, it left a bad taste. I wouldn’t order again unless they make the import fees much clearer upfront

"Mostly Fine, Just a Little Annoying"
My order from toypro.com was mostly right, but one small piece ended up being the wrong one. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was a bit frustrating since I needed that exact piece for a set. Shipping was totally fine, so I can’t really complain there. I’d probably order from them again, but I do wish they’d be a little more careful when checking orders

I was able to find a few of the parts I needed, which was nice, though a couple of the older ones were out of stock. Not a huge deal, but I did have to come back and check again later while drinking my second cup of coffee. The site itself was straightforward, maybe not fancy, but it got the job done for the stuff that was available
"They actually took care of my issue"
I had a small problem with my order and didn’t expect much when I emailed them. But they got back to me quickly and fixed it without making me jump through a bunch of hoops, which I really appreciated. The missing part was sent out, they kept me updated, and I didn’t feel like I was being brushed off. It was nice dealing with what felt like a real person who actually cared about making it right for me. I’d definitely order from them again...

"Found the Lego part I needed right away"
Toypro was really useful for finding the exact Lego piece I needed. The part finder pictures made it simple to match it up, so I didn’t have to guess. I ordered the right part on the first try and I’m happy with how easy it was.

Not gonna lie, I was a little unsure how smoothly the site would work while I was overseas, but it was actually easy to use. Everything went through fine, though I do think the shipping info could be a bit clearer...

"Super helpful with color matching!"
I wasn’t totally sure which blue brick I needed, but the color matching info on ToyPro made it way easier :) The pieces I ordered ended up matching my old set really nicely. Shipping was smooth too, and everything was packed neatly! I’d definitely use them again for missing pieces

"Categories feel a little suspiciously tricky to browse"
Toypro definitely has a ton of parts and sets, which is great, but I’m not gonna lie, the category setup had me feeling like there was some secret system I wasn’t meant to understand. I kept clicking around thinking, “Okay, where are they hiding the section I actually need?”
The search bar helps, so it’s not a total mystery maze, but browsing categories could be a lot clearer. It’s not awful or anything, just a bit clunky, like the categories were arranged during a meeting nobody wants us to know about.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I was trying to place an order on ToyPro and it just turned into one of those annoying online shopping moments. The pages were loading really slowly, then my cart changed at some point which made me stop and double-check everything, and by the time I got to the payment step I was already frustrated. It wasn’t super clear what was going on, and I ended up having to re-enter my info more than once, which is always the point where I start thinking, okay, maybe this isn’t worth it. I finally just gave up without ordering. Not a great experience.

I tried shopping on my phone and it was kind of frustrating. The site felt slow, and I’m sure the filters kept resetting on me, which made it take longer to find what I wanted. Checkout did work in the end, but it definitely took more time than it should have

"Had to Come Back Later Because of the Payment Options"
I was all set to place an order on Toypro and had everything picked out in my cart, but then I got to the payment step and kind of hit a wall. The options felt limited compared to what I’m used to, and none of them were super convenient for me at the time. I ended up giving up that first try, which was a little frustrating since I was ready to buy. I came back later and tried again, but I do wish they offered a few more common payment methods to make checkout smoother.

"Packing was really solid"
I was in a bit of a rush when the package from toypro.com showed up, but I still noticed right away that everything was packed really well. I had ordered a few small parts, and they all came in great shape with enough padding so nothing was sliding around or getting scratched.
The box was a sensible size too, which I appreciated because I didn’t have time to deal with a bunch of extra packaging. No broken bags, no bent pieces, just everything neat and safe. Happy with it overall.

The package did end up arriving fine, so I’m glad about that. But the tracking updates were late, which made it seem like things weren’t moving when they actually were. I felt a little misled because I was relying on those updates to know what was going on.
